Getting started
Without an account, Isy is a simple notebook on your iPhone: nothing leaves your phone, and there are no AI features.
With a free account (Sign in with Apple or Google), your notes are on every device you sign in on — the iPhone app and isy-ai.app — with all of Isy's AI: tagging, connections, the map, your daily digest, voice transcription, chat with your notes, and turning screenshots or photos into notes.
To create an account on iPhone: Settings → Account → Continue with Apple or Google.
Common questions
My notes aren't on my other device. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account on both. Notes sync whenever the app is open and online; pull down on the Notes list to check again.
Isy says it's still reading my notes. After you sign in, or import many notes at once, Isy tags and connects them in the background. A large notebook can take a while the first time; the app shows how far along it is.
The AI didn't answer. Each account has a generous daily AI allowance; if it's used up, AI features resume the next day. Otherwise check your connection and try again.
Export my notes. Settings → Export all notes gives you every note as Markdown, with voice notes' audio, at any time.
Lock Isy. Settings → Lock with Face ID.
Delete my account. Settings → Account → Delete account…. You have 7 days to change your mind by signing back in; after that your account and its notes on our servers are permanently deleted. Details in the privacy policy.
